Honda Group makes Drivemode a wholly owned subsidiary IPO/EXIT

(Headquarters: Wako City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan; President: Toshihiro Sanbe; hereinafter "Honda R&D"), Honda's R&D subsidiary, has acquired all shares of Drivemode, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Partners: Toru Akaura, Masahiko Homma, Keisuke Wada, Yusuke Murata), a company in which Incubate Fund (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Partners: Toru Akaura, Masahiko Homma, Keisuke Wada, Yusuke Murata) has invested, with the aim of strengthening the creation of new value in the digital connected domain. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Partners: Toru Akaura, Masahiko Homma, Keisuke Wada, Yusuke Murata) and made it a wholly owned subsidiary on September 26, 2019.

The Incubate Fund will continue to support the start-up and business growth of entrepreneurs who take on the challenge of creating advanced technologies and businesses that will be used globally.
