In 2017, Masaya joined Nomura Securities Co.
After working in corporate finance for the real estate/REIT sector in the investment banking division, he was put in charge of domestic and international fund-raising operations in the capital markets division and support for initial public offerings (IPOs) in the public underwriting division.
Masaya joined Incubate Fund in 2020. As an Associate, he is in charge of discovering new investment targets and increasing the value of portfolio companies.
Masaya graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Commerce.
